  PERSONALITY.   
Chidori is not a good person.He’ll be the first to tell you that. He’s the kind of guy to always wear a mask, both figuratively and literally, whether he’s in or out of uniform. What can he say? Amanogawa City isn’t the safest place, after all; as an information broker, he knows that best, more than most. He’s used to sticking his head in places it shouldn’t be, seeing things he shouldn’t. Naturally a guy’s gonna be cautious.But, you know. His heart’s still pretty soft, though he doesn’t like being overt about it. Far from it, even. But he likes to collect strays, prickly characters who don’t trust easily or struggle to find a direction, and be a place of safety, or to nudge them in the right direction.But all the more reason to keep things close to the chest, yeah? When you’ve got a heart this soft, you’ve gotta keep up your defenses. Especially when you’ve got a job to do, people to protect.So a mask is a mask. He’ll lie if he has to. He’s not proud of it, but it’s what needs to be done. He doesn’t hate it as much as he should, and at this point it’s just become a part of him, really.He’s not that upstanding of a person, after all.  HISTORY.   Very little known is about Chidori. This name is most likely an alias itself; his stage name in his twenties was “The Changed Real”, and its unknown if the kanji in his name comes from this stage name or vice versa.He has a criminal record, but little information about it is known; it is most likely that this was scrubbed when he became the Green Keeper.What we do know is that Chidori was a bassist for a small underground rock band in his twenties, in the first few years of the invasion. One of his fans was Sanae Midorikawa, who likely became his connection to the Ranger Force once they got close— which he eventually joined at some point shortly thereafter, though the details of how and why he joined are left a mystery.He’s been the Green Keeper ever since, juggling his jobs as Ranger, information broker, and musician. He kept his identity hidden even to those in the Ranger force with the exception of the Green Squadron members and the other Keepers until a PR stunt by the Rangers to gain more support in the face of their declining popularity and the IRA’s growing support.During the Three Way Battle, Chidori was greatly injured by Death Messiah, and has spent the last year recovering. ( He also bought an antique car in the meanwhile. He’s projected to pay that off in 2036… )  FLAWS / WEAKNESSES.   He does not trust easily. He has a tendency to hide things from even his closest friends and family; Hisui, for example, despite being the only member of Green Squadron he revealed his identity to until Footsoldier D and Usukubo joined, is not aware of the existence of Sanae and Momoji and their importance to Chidori. Because of this he is very difficult to read, either as a person or his intentions.

  EXTRAORDINARY CAPABILITIES.    None. Out of suit, he's no different from any other human.  SKILLS AND ABILITIES.   FIGHTING ABILITY. As a member of the Ranger Force, Chidori was required to go through the trials of Bailong's Nest as a Colorless Ranger to even land a spot on the Green Batallion; thus, even outside of his suit, Chidori is quite capable of combat.INTELLIGENCE. Chidori's got the brain of a detective, and has been able to sniff out most of the secrets behind the Ranger Force's power as well as the origins of the Rangers themselves on his own.  INNATE TRAITS.    Again, none. He's just a regular human.  INVENTORY.    Chidori has what he likes to call his Seven Information Broker's Tools, all of which he keeps in his guitar case. Those items include:SLOTH BRAIN, literally just an iPad with a lizard themed case;
GREED EYE, his spy camera ( shaped like a lizard ) and visor;
ENVY MEDICINE, literally just a gun with a golden lizard design,
GLUTTONY WAY, a grappling hook that can carry his weight ( but actually doesn't seemed lizard theme, for once ); and most importantly,WRATH HAMMER, his divine tool. Its real name is Green Dragon Fafnir, made from the bones of one of the five Dragon Priestesses of the Suzukiri Clan. Like all Divine Tools it has five cartridges, holding one invocation each, and allows Chidori to suit up into the Green Keeper.( … he also has LUST ROAD, which is his antique car. It isn’t anything special, or even has any kind of lizard theming. He’s just very proud of his purchase, even though it was a pain to get a loan for it. )

  ARRIVAL REACTION.    Honestly pretty normal. Underwhelming, even. Startled at first, of course, but he managed to collect himself pretty quickly afterwards. More than anything, he was curious, asking questions before plesantly thanking everyone at the welcoming center and heading... right into town to explore.

  PERSONALITY.   Dalisay consides themself a pretty chill guy. Completely ordinary, even.Not much really phases them. They enjoy going with the flow, so to say; some may say they lack ambition, other say there's little, if any, drive, but the talk doesn't exactly bother them. World's filled with plenty of dreamers; do they really need to be another one?They've decided the answer is no, and they're satisfied with that. They work hard plenty, after all— they've done their duty of graduating with high marks in high school, went to a prestigious university, have a pretty decently paying if not a little mundane career; they're comfortable. Happy enough.That should be enough.Right?  HISTORY.   Dalisay grew up in the beautiful world of Nefe Cosmia one of four sister worlds they and the rest of their people would soon learn in their adulthood. Despite the magic brimming in their world, the confusion brought by the others, and the chao ushered in by the Outlanders, Dalisay did a decently good job of keeping to themself. After all, what did all that nonsense had to do with them?So they kept their distance.... that is, until the worlds nearly fell apart. Usually, that was just another Tuesday in their new reality. But within all the turmoil, they dreamed of another self. One who was a teacher, a mentor, someone who was chosen by their peers to disciple.Who was this? Certainly not them. It couldn't be, right? After all, they weren't... they aren't...The dreams came and went. The world was reborn anew when it was meant to shatter beneath the weight of the truth.And Dalisay...... gained the very magic that a version of themself, out there, somewhere, taught to others.  FLAWS / WEAKNESSES.    Dalisay lacks ambition— not because that it's simply a trait that they lack, but they simply cannot muster up the will to take those first steps. They're comfortable with complying to the whims of what they must do, and ignore any sprouts of ambition for the comfort of what they have. ( Then they got a glimpse of what they could have been. What had been a passing thought became a craving. But was it too late? )

  EXTRAORDINARY CAPABILITIES.    n / a  SKILLS AND ABILITIES.    n / a  INNATE TRAITS.    As a Nephesian, Dalisay is capable of wielding Forged Splendor, a gift from Nefe Cosmia itself to its people.FORGED SPLENDOR allows its users to create one of two things with light: constructs, creations of light, and mirrors, reflections of the user's self given shape and being. Working together, these things can wield the four base Nephesian elements: wind, ice, electricity, and earth.( More specifics can be found in the Forged Splendor section... which I did write...! )  INVENTORY.    Their scepter. It can be summoned at will, and is made of the wood of a Pongame oiltree, still with some flowers blooming on its branches. As of the moment, its branches only hold one crystal.

  ARRIVAL REACTION.    Truthfully, less surprised by the actual situation and more that they've found themself here. This was the sort of thing that was supposed to happen to other people of other worlds, not... them. Right?! Others went to their world, and not the other way around.... right?!Yeah, they honestly take much longer to compose themself than they'd like, honestly. It's really kind of embarassing. But... it is what it is, huh?
